About this cockatoo coloring page

A sulphur-crested cockatoo standing on the ground, seen from the side, its wings folded and its tall crest raised in a fan of curved plumes. It has a heavy hooked beak and a ring of bare skin around its eye.

A real sulphur-crested cockatoo is white all over, with a bright yellow crest and a pale lemon wash under its wings and tail; its beak and feet are dark grey. Use one yellow for every plume, or shade them from gold at the tips to lemon at the base.

Alive, it walks the palm house floor with its crest laid back, and every now and then it raises it plume by plume, bobs its head and lowers it again. Set it free when you are done, and it will join all the drawings others have colored in The Glasshouse.
