Who we are

Live Coloring Book is run by Lomboos d.o.o., Franje Petračića 6, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (VAT ID HR16661234572). By using it you agree to these terms; if you don’t, please don’t use it.

Using Live Coloring Book

Anyone may color and play without an account. Children should play with a parent’s or guardian’s permission, and that grown-up is responsible for how they use it.

Accounts are for people aged 14 and over, or for a younger child whose parent or guardian signs in for them. To create an account or buy anything you must also be old enough where you live to agree to these terms; if you aren’t, a parent or guardian must do it for you and agrees to them.

Your drawings

What you color is yours to enjoy and share. When you set a drawing free in a world anyone can visit, or give it to someone, you let us show it to other players in the app and in the links people share. You can take a drawing back from your book at any time.

Our pictures

The drawings to color, worlds, animations and the app itself belong to Lomboos d.o.o. You may print the drawings and share pictures of the ones you colored for your own, non-commercial use.

Playing fair

Names you type are checked before anyone sees them: keep them kind, and never use one to share contact details. Books are joined only with a link or code someone chose to give. Don’t try to get around this, to break or overload the site, or to use someone else’s account.

Buying

Some worlds, drawings, special colors and Premium are paid. Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, the merchant of record, which handles the payment, taxes, receipts and refunds under its own terms of sale.

Premium renews every month or year until you cancel it, and lasts to the end of the period you paid for. You can cancel it any time.

Unlocks earned by inviting friends count only when friends really play. A gift is opened with its code, so keep it safe, like money.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase, through Paddle at paddle.net or by writing to us at support@livecoloringbook.com.

Paddle processes refunds as the merchant of record, and returns the money the way you paid. What a refunded purchase unlocked is locked again.

You can cancel Premium at any time. It then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and doesn’t renew.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why.

The service

We work hard to keep Live Coloring Book running and your drawings safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses; nothing here limits what the law doesn’t let us limit, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may change these terms. We’ll update this page and its date, and tell account holders about important changes before they apply.

Law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the law where you live too, and may bring a claim there.
