About this turkey coloring page

A turkey tom in full strut, seen from the side, its tail spread in a big half circle of barred feathers behind it. Its body is puffed up with layered feathers, its wing droops toward the ground, and a wattle hangs from its bare head.

A wild turkey’s tail is chestnut brown with dark bars and a pale tip on every feather, and its body shines bronze and copper. Color one band across all the feathers at a time, so the fan’s rings line up.

Alive, it struts across the farmyard, and every so often it puffs up, spreads its tail into a fan and gobbles. Once you finish, set it free and it will live in Sunny Farm with drawings colored by others.
